Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and secure it to your original packaging.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend keeping your drop-off receipt for tracking purposes.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our warehouse inspects your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
